Representative Samuels moved and asked unanimous consent that the                                                               
House consider the Senate message (page 356) on the following:                                                                  
                                                                                                                                
    CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 120(FIN)                                                                                              
    "An Act extending the Council on Domestic Violence and Sexual                                                               
    Assault; and providing for an effective date."

amendment to CSHB 120(FIN), thus adopting SCS CSHB 120(FIN),                                                                    
and recommended that the members vote yes.
